STFBC Attorneys Honored by 2023 Super Lawyers

In a testament to our dedication to excellence and integrity, we’re proud to announce that four attorneys from Stewart Tilghman Fox Bianchi & Cain, P.A. (STFBC) have been selected to the 2023 Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Rising Stars lists. This prestigious recognition is an embodiment of our unwavering commitment to providing top-notch legal services to our clients. The selection to these lists follows a stringent process of nomination, research, and grading that distinguishes Super Lawyers from other recognitions.

The honorees from our firm for this year include:

The Super Lawyers Selection Process

The Super Lawyers selection process is multifaceted. It begins with gathering nominees through peer nominations, third-party feedback, colleague recommendations, and independent research. Each nominee undergoes a thorough round of independent research, where they are assigned a point value based on several factors, including their verdicts or settlements, experience, pro bono work, scholarly contributions, and more.

Candidates with the highest point totals form a blue-ribbon panel to provide practice area-specific peer evaluations on the candidates. Finally, the most well-regarded attorneys with the highest scores are selected to that year’s Super Lawyers list, with the number of honorees limited to 5% of practicing attorneys per state.

The Rising Stars list, on the other hand, honors Super Lawyers candidates who meet all the above requirements and are under 40 years old or have been in practice for 10 years or less, limited to 2.5% of practicing attorneys.

A Marker of Integrity & Effective Advocacy

At STFBC, we don’t take for granted the trust our clients place in us. Our inclusion in this year’s Super Lawyers list is an honor that underscores our industry-wide reputation for integrity and excellent results. We’re immensely grateful to our colleagues who nominated and selected us, and we remain committed to delivering the same level of diligence and excellence in 2024 and beyond.
