It is our distinct honor to announce that the Florida Justice Association has given three of our senior partners the EAGLE Legends award for 2018.
Attorneys David W. Bianchi, Stephen F. Cain, and Gary D. Fox have each been recognized for their commitment to civil trial law and to the FJA. The EAGLE Legends, in the words of the organization, "exemplify the legacy of FJA's founders. [They] hold the distinction of leading at the highest level by forging new pathways of achievement with an unwavering commitment to justice." Each of the three partners has contributed $100,000 to the FJA over the course of their careers.
The Legacy of the Florida Justice Association
The Florida Justice Association was formed shortly after World War II to help civil trial lawyers, specifically ones who advocate for individuals and consumers, develop connections with one another. Over time, the organization became an important source of education, support, and closer communication.
The founders of the organization recognized that business interests had shaped the civil justice system to favor companies over the interests of the individual. Today, the organization fights in the legislative, political, and public arenas to preserve the rights and safety of the individual.
Unwavering Commitment to the Future
The FJA's commitment to preserving individual rights against business interests is absolutely aligned with our own—that's why our personal injury law firm has continued to offer our time, energy, and funds to the FJA's mission. We're honored that the Association has recognized our colleagues as we continue to make Florida a safer, more just place for everyone.
