This marks the second year running that both Mr. Bello and Mr. Levine have been selected to the Rising Stars list. Additionally, this marks the 14th year in a row that Mr. Bianchi has been selected to Super Lawyers and the 15th year in a row for Mr. Fox. Their consistent recognition is a testament to our firm’s unwavering dedication to our clients and to justice.
The Super Lawyers & Rising Stars Selection Process
The Super Lawyers selection process is a research-driven and peer-influenced process that recognizes the most renowned and high-achieving attorneys in each state. Lawyers are nominated by their colleagues and peers and confirmed by independent researchers using each nominee’s case results, pro bono work, scholarship, and dedication to the law. Then the final results are evaluated by the most renowned attorneys and litigators the field, where they are given a score according to their results. The final list is created by compiling the highest-scoring attorneys.
The Super Lawyers list is limited to the top 5% of practicing attorneys in the state. The Rising Stars list only includes lawyers who have been practicing law for less than 10 years or are under 40, and the list is limited to the top 2.5% of practicing attorneys in the state. The end results is a comprehensive list of lawyers consumers can call to find exceptional legal counsel.
