It’s an honor to be named to the 11th edition of “Best Law Firms,” which uses a rigorous methodology to choose its honorees in each metro area. First, U.S. News limits the “Best Law Firms” honorees to firms where at least one attorney has achieved Best Lawyers inclusion. Then, it researches each firm through their previous clients and peers in the legal profession. After gathering quantitative and qualitative data on a firm’s professionalism, ethics, effectiveness, and case results, every firm is given a score.
Firms are then divided by practice area into different regions nationwide. The highest-scoring firms in a given practice area and metro region are then ranked as Tier 1, with lower-scoring firms sorted into Tier 2 and Tier 3 rankings. A Tier 1 ranking means our firm had one of the highest scores for excellence and results among other medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury firms in Miami.
